50 Young People Join the MoraBanc Talent Experience Programme

2026-07-01

Fifty young people have joined MoraBanc’s professional team as Next MoraBankers to provide support during the summer holiday period as part of the MoraBanc Talent Experience programme. This initiative strengthens the bank’s teams during the summer while offering young people a valuable professional and learning opportunity.

During their welcome session, the Next MoraBankers received initial training in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance and occupational health and safety before joining different areas of the bank.

Throughout their time at MoraBanc, in addition to supporting the bank’s permanent staff, they will carry out tasks related to the financial sector, enabling them to work with different departments and gain a broad understanding of MoraBanc’s structure and operations.

A new feature of this year’s programme is that all participants in the MoraBanc Talent Experience will take part in a Hackathon—a series of co-creation sessions designed to develop solutions to a range of improvement challenges identified by MoraBanc across different business areas. This initiative reflects the value MoraBanc places on the perspective and ideas of young talent.

MoraBanc launched its summer internship programme more than forty years ago and today it represents an excellent opportunity for young people in Andorra to gain first-hand experience of the professional world while carrying out tasks related to their fields of study. In addition to providing this learning experience, MoraBanc views the programme as an effective way to attract local talent. In recent years, several participants have gone on to join the bank’s team on a permanent basis after completing their summer internships.
