MoraBanc Digital: easy, easy, easy
MoraBanking | 09.09.2019 | Jessica Reynoso Maciel
We’ll never get tired of saying it: we want to make things easier for you. And with you in mind, we constantly strive to improve MoraBanc Digital, adding new features and changes to help simplify your life.
In this post we’d like to share the latest improvements we’ve made to our digital banking platform. Let’s go!
Download multiple receipts in a single PDF
The most recent of all our updates is also one of the most useful: it makes it possible to download the receipts for several banking transactions together in a single PDF. Opening and printing each document separately is a thing of the past; now, simply choose the “Mail group” feature from your online banking mailbox when you want to print different receipts together. You can use this feature to manually select the documents and filter them by date, contract or transaction type. Available for MoraBanc Online only.
Navigate between contracts, now available in MoraBanc App for phones
This feature, already available for MoraBanc Online and the iPad app, allows users to “connect” to their different MoraBanc Digital contracts and easily navigate between them from our mobile app without having to log out and open a new one. Available for MoraBanc App for iOS and Android phones.
Group pending transactions and sign only once
We realized that we could save our customers time –particularly companies and businesses– if they could sign their pending transactions through a single authorization process. Now, if you have more than one transaction to sign in the “Pending signatures” section in the MoraBanc Digital mailbox, simply click on the “Multi-transaction signature” button to group them into a single signing process. And to extend the same time-savings to large corporations, we also included the feature in Remittance Management. Available for MoraBanc Online and MoraBanc App.
Always-visible transaction search
Customers no longer need to scroll to the bottom of account transactions to find the search engine. From now on, the search option will always be visible, just like with card transactions. No more scrolling! Available for MoraBanc App.
