Terms & Conditions of sureties and guarantees

As compensation for the risk assumed, MoraBanc applies a commission, quarterly or annually, depending on the guaranteed amount, as well as an opening fee at the initial moment of formalizing the guarantee.

Types of guarantees offered by MoraBanc:

• Guarantees or collateral that ensure the fulfillment of an economic obligation: future payment to a supplier, payment of a loan or credit, payment of taxes, etc.
• Guarantees or collateral that ensure economic responsibility assumed towards third parties for meeting certain requirements: technical guarantees (correct functioning of machinery, bidding or completion of works, delivery of advance payments, etc.).

Minimum documentation required for the Guarantee study: consult your manager.

The latest Corporate Tax (IS), General Indirect Tax (IGI), and CASS contributions of employees may also be requested to verify that these tax obligations are up to date.

If necessary, MoraBanc may also request additional information to conduct a proper economic, financial, and asset analysis of your business. Additionally, in this specific case, information/documentation justifying the purpose of the guarantee will be required.
