MoraBanc Digital closed 2025 with figures that once again confirm the continued growth in the use of digital banking and the positive reception of the constant improvements introduced throughout the year. A key highlight is the increase in mobile access. In 2025, 76% of transactions were carried out through the app, marking an all-time record. Users have expressed their satisfaction with MoraBanc’s mobile application, which has achieved a rating of 4.5 on the App Store and 4.6 on the Play Store, making it the highest-rated banking app in Andorra.

Currently, 84% of the bank’s clients have access to Digital Banking, a channel that has become a key reference for carrying out banking operations and services. During 2025, transactions per user increased by 20%, and the total volume of digital transactions grew by 19%, demonstrating the consolidation of digitalization at MoraBanc and in society as a whole.

In terms of transaction types, money transfers remain the most widely used service. Bizum usage continues to show strong growth and has become the most recurrent service, increasing by nearly 30% compared to the previous year. Bank transfers also registered significant growth, with a 24% year-on-year increase.

Securities transactions experienced a very notable increase of 75.7%, driven by greater use of investment services through digital channels.

The first bank in Andorra to offer new digital products

In the area of products and services, 2025 was a key year with the introduction of new digital services in Andorra. MoraBanc was the first bank in the country to offer Google Pay, which, together with Apple Pay, was one of the most relevant launches of the year and can be managed directly through the bank’s App. In the corporate segment, MoraBanc was also the first bank to offer Bizum Pro for businesses, a new payment method aimed at professionals and small retailers.

The usability of the App continues to evolve steadily in order to enhance the customer experience. Clients can now manage card limits and apply for a wide range of products and services through an improved digital experience, such as loans, cards, and insurance.

Internationally recognized digital banking

MoraBanc’s digital offering, together with its pioneering and benchmark proposal in Digital Assets services, has been a key differentiating factor and has contributed to the bank’s recognition with the Bank of the Year in Andorra 2025 award granted by The Banker magazine (Financial Times Group), as well as the Citywire Award for Best Private Bank in Andorra.
