MoraBanc Group has formalised a collaboration agreement with the Brava Foundation, a decentralised non-profit foundation dedicated to promoting high-impact initiatives in the fields of artistic excellence and the preservation of Uruguay’s natural heritage.

This agreement is part of MoraBanc’s strategy to support projects with a long-term vision and sustainable value creation, reinforcing its commitment to culture, the arts and environmental protection. In this context, the partnership with Brava Investments Management Corp. – Transamerica Decentralized Company reflects a shared vision founded on rigour, excellence and long-term impact.

The Brava Foundation, established by Adrian Cheb Terrab, was created with the aim of becoming a leading institution in the promotion and professional development of artistic talent, while also advancing the active conservation of biodiversity and ecosystems. Its model combines structured philanthropy with a strategic approach focused on achieving measurable and sustainable results over time.

In the field of the arts, the Foundation will develop programmes based on periodic open calls designed to identify and support emerging talent in disciplines such as the visual arts and music, contributing to artists’ professional development and the creation of cultural heritage. At the same time, in the environmental sphere, it will promote conservation initiatives through partnerships with specialised organisations, actively participating in the funding, design and implementation of projects.
