The session, led by Maria Segarra, focused on how to turn global changes into opportunities for businesses in Andorra
MoraBanc brought together professionals from the retail, restaurant and business sectors at the MoraBanc Auditorium on Tuesday for a session dedicated to exploring the main trends transforming consumer habits and the way businesses engage with their customers.
The session was led by Maria Segarra, Director of Intueri, a consultancy specialising in retail. Segarra has more than 25 years of experience in the sector and first-hand knowledge of the Andorran market through various projects carried out in the country.
Through this initiative, MoraBanc reinforces its commitment to Andorra’s retail, business and restaurant sectors, promoting opportunities to share knowledge and useful ideas that go beyond financial services. The aim is to continue supporting the country’s businesses as a close and reliable partner, providing assistance as they address the challenges of transformation and growth.
During the session, Segarra shared practical cases and international examples related to areas such as proximity, convenience, customer experience, sustainability, technology and new lifestyles. Her presentation placed particular emphasis on the need to view changes in consumer behaviour not only as a challenge, but also as an opportunity to differentiate, build customer loyalty and improve sales.
The event concluded with a networking breakfast for attendees.
