Forty-five interns have joined MoraBanc’s team of professionals to provide support during the holiday season. Working as temporary staff in a range of departments, the interns will reinforce teams over the summer while enjoying a professional and educational opportunity offered by the Bank’s internship programme.

During their time at MoraBanc, the interns will not only support the Bank’s permanent staff but also undertake finance-related tasks that require interaction with multiple departments, giving them a broad insight into MoraBanc’s structure and day-to-day operations.

MoraBanc introduced its summer internship programme more than forty years ago, and it remains an excellent opportunity for young people in Andorra to discover the professional world through activities related to their studies. Beyond providing this experience, MoraBanc sees the placements as a way to attract local talent: in recent years, several interns have joined the Bank’s workforce on a permanent basis after the summer ends.
