Documentation and requirements necessary for the loan application process:

• Documentation for the assessment:
  • Passport/ID card.
  • Residence and work permits.
  • Statement with Andorran Social Security Agency points.
  • Bank position and statement for the last 6 months (if you are not a MoraBanc client).
• Documentation for the formalisation or procurement of the loan:
  • Amount to be requested (maximum 3 salaries).
  • History without any overdrafts or defaults.
  • Job stability (the same job for the last 12 months, or justification if this is not the case).
  • Quote or invoice for the goods or service to be financed.
  • Direct deposit of salary at MoraBanc.
  • Life insurance with MoraBanc as the beneficiary.

Other terms and conditions

* You can choose between the 3-month, 6-month and 1-year Euribor. The interest rate will be revised with the frequency of the chosen Euribor. If the Euribor is negative, the Euribor = 0% differential will be applied.

** The amount of the monthly instalments cannot exceed 35% of the percentage of effort, the coefficient between the annual instalments plus rent (in the event that there is no mortgage) and the net fixed income (annual income net of personal income tax and Andorran Social Security Agency). The maximum term is your retirement age. You’ll also be able to choose the day the receipt is charged.
