Documentation and requirements necessary for the loan application process:

• Documentation for the assessment:
  • Passport/ID card
  • Residence and work permits
  • Statement with Andorran Social Security Agency points
  • Budget for the purchase to be made with the energy certificate before the refurbishment
• Requirements for the formalization or procurement of the loan:
  • Residence in the country for more than 12 months
  • Seniority at the company greater than 6 months
  • Direct debit of salary to MoraBanc
  • Proof of payment (by transfer from MoraBanc)
• Subsequent documentation:
  • Energy certificate with the improvement in energy efficiency following the refurbishment

Other conditions:

* You can choose between the 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year Euribor. The interest rate will be revised with the frequency of the chosen Euribor. If the Euribor is negative, the Euribor = 0% differential will be applied.

** The amount of the monthly installments cannot exceed 35% of the percentage of effort, the coefficient between the annual installments plus rent (in the event that there is no mortgage) and the net fixed income (annual income net of personal income tax and Andorran Social Security Agency). The maximum term is your retirement age. You’ll also be able to choose the day the receipt is charged.
