Documentation and requirements necessary for the loan application process:

• Documentation for the assessment:
  • Passport/ID card.
  • Residence and work permits.
  • Direct debit of bills/Andorran Social Security Agency payments.
  • The dealer’s quote for formulating the proposal, reflecting the discount for the Engega plan.
• Requirements to apply for the loan:
  • Residence in the country for more than 12 months.
  • Seniority at the company greater than 6 months.
  • Life insurance with MoraBanc as the beneficiary.
  • Vehicle insurance premium bill.
  • Domain reservation request.
  • Dealer’s invoice/proforma.
  • Proof of payment for the purchase (by transfer from MoraBanc to the dealer).

Other terms and conditions

* Bonuses for link to MoraBanc (maximum 0.40%):

• 0.15% for direct deposits of salary.

** You can choose between the 3-month, 6-month and 1-year Euribor. The interest rate will be revised with the frequency of the chosen Euribor. If the Euribor is negative, the Euribor = 0% differential will be applied.

*** The amount of the monthly instalments cannot exceed 35% of the percentage of effort, the coefficient between the annual instalments plus rent (in the event that there is no mortgage) and the net fixed income (annual income net of personal income tax and Andorran Social Security Agency). The maximum term is your retirement age. You’ll also be able to choose the day the receipt is charged.
