• The account holder must be a minor between 0 and 15 years old and a resident of Andorra, jointly with a guardian responsible for the operation.

General Characteristics:

• Fixed interest rate, composed of the Euribor* plus the agreed differential.
  • Differential: +0.5%
• Amount that can be requested:
  • Up to €5,000
• Term and amortization:**
  • Up to 12 months.
• Financing is subject to study and approval by MoraBanc.

Other Conditions:

* You can choose between the Euribor at 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. The interest rate will be reviewed with the chosen Euribor's periodicity. In case the Euribor is negative, it will be applied as Euribor = 0% + differential.

** The amount of the monthly installment cannot exceed 35% of the effort percentage, a coefficient between the annual installments plus rent (in case there is no mortgage) and net fixed income (net annual income of IRPF and CASS). The maximum term is your retirement age. Additionally, you can choose the payment date.

*** It can be requested by any account holder at MoraBanc who also appears as the guardian of a Junior account and meets the established requirements.
