How does Paygold work?
Log into the Redsys portal
Once the service is activated, you just have to log into canales.redsys.es with the username and password that we will send you by email.
For security reasons, you will need to change your password the first time.
Select PayGold
Once logged in, go to the 'PayGold' option in the menu.
If you don't see it, contact us and we will quickly activate it for you.
Generate payment link
From the side menu, you can create a custom link with:
- Amount
- Currency (if your terminal allows it)
- Purchase description
- Link expiration date (default is 24 hours)
- Buyer details (name and address)
- Order ID (optional)
Send it by email or text message
Choose whether you want to send the link via email or text message.
You can also copy it and send it through your preferred channel.
Receive payment and confirmation
The customer accesses a secure gateway where they can make payment by card.
If you want, you can set up an automatic notification so that your system receives confirmation of the transaction.
