For your business:

• When negotiating the terms of use for the Easy Loan, your business can take on the financing interest either partially or in full, or decide that the loan holder should cover the payment.
• Necessary documentation for the formalization of the loan:
  • Mandatory loan insurance certificate
  • Easy Loan policy
• Both documents must be correctly completed and signed by the loan holder.
• On the loan policy, you must sign in the box, confirming that the debtor has signed the form in front of you.

For your customer:

• Interest rate based on each commercial agreement between the business and MoraBanc.
• Opening fee: 0%.
• Partial or full cancellation fee: 3%.
• Mandatory "Life Loan" insurance subscription.
• The premium will be calculated based on the insured capital and the loan term:
  • If the loan term is 18 months or less, the single premium will be 1.5% of the insured capital, with a minimum of 10 euros.
  • For terms longer than 18 months, the single premium will be 3% of the insured capital with a minimum of 10 euros.
• The insurance covers the risk of death from any cause, as well as the absolute and permanent disability of the insured.
